Hosts are connected to their servers -- ISP Servers.

The Servers are connected to Government Network (KAACST).

KAACST Servers are connected to gateways etc and so on the Internet.

ISP Servers share their space with individuals and companies and take moeny for that.

For each space block a particular name is registered.

The name structure comes under on standard international name system called Domain Name System (DNS).
